Raa Atoll
Raa Atoll is an administrative division of the Maldives. The capital is Ungoofaaru. It includes Northern Maalhosmadulu Atoll proper and the island of Dhuvaafaru. Raa Atoll has the highest number of populated islands in the Maldives. This island is famous for its master boat builders. The skill and ability to produce the fine lines, curves and joins of the Dhoni (boat), has been passed on from generation to generation.
